Mental Health and Well-Being Week 2021
This week we will be trying to do activities that focus on looking after our mental health and well-being.
It is important to remember that we can talk about the feelings we have on the inside with trusted friends and family.
We will look at lots of examples of positive thinking this week and explore things we can do everyday to positively affect our mental health.
Each day you should keep a gratitude journal to focus on the positive things that happen each day.
You might not think it but the food we eat each day can affect how we feel inside.
If we eat too much unhealthy food we can feel tired, grumpy and a bit moody or sad.
If we fill our bodies with healthier foods we are more likely to feel happy, positive and have more energy.
