Hello all,
We are SO excited for Mental Health Week 2023!
(Monday 6th February - Friday 10th February.)
We have lots planned to educate pupils & staff on how to look after their mental health. Alongside teaching about Mental Health, we have many fun activites planned to spread positivity and get everyone smiling.
Most activities will be completed in school with no prep needed at home but there are a few activities we need your support with.
1. The Connect Calendar
The theme for this year's Mental Health Week is 'Let's Connect'.
There will be NO HOMEWORK during this week. Instead, there will be a daily challenge to connect with someone in some way. Teaching pupils that talking about how we are feeling is a great way to look after our mental health. Please see picture in the slideshow below for all details.
2. The Big Sing
On Wednesday, we will be getting together as a school for 'The Big sing'. We will be singing 3 positive songs. We would LOVE you to practise these at home.
ROAR by Katy Perry
Three Little Birds by Bob Marley & the Wailers
Keep on Movin' by FIVE

4. Dress to Express Friday
Pupils should wear an outfit that expresses their presonality. Bright, quirky outfits and hairstyles are welcome. Come as yourself and wear a smile.
A huge thank you to all parents and carers for your continued support and enthusiasm.
