Make your own jigsaw puzzle!
Doing jigsaw puzzles is a mindful activity because it allows us to focus on something in the present moment. They are great ways to help you relax and let go of your worries
All you need is:
- Cardboard - part of a cereal box for example
- Colouring pens or pencils
- Scissors
