P5 Tag Rugby

P5 thoroughly enjoyed a taster session of Tag Rugby led by Stan from Newtownards Rugby Club. We look forward to seeing Stan again after half-term for another six weeks of tag rugby fun!

Tomato Mummification!

P5 have enjoyed using a tomato to help us understand the mummification process as part of our Ancient Egyptian topic.
We removed the 'guts/seeds' of the tomato and filled them with natron made from salt and baking powder to preserve our tomato! We will be keeping an eye on them over the next few weeks to see how they look!
