Senses Topic
We have been learning about our 5 senses across the curriculum! During outdoor learning we have enjoyed experimenting with our sense of smell using flowers and making perfumes. We have also explored our hearing with instruments too! Indoors, we have carried out a taste test, smell test and experimenting with touch using a 'feely' box to guess what's inside!
Animation!
P1 have been learning how to use iPads to animate objects! Our topic is nursery rhymes - we had a go at animating Humpty Dumpty, Incy Wincy Spider and Twinkle twinkle little star.
Anti-bullying week!
P1 have been learning about what bullying means. We have been talking about how we are all different and unique and we celebrated that by wearing odd socks! We designed our own odd socks and coloured in posters for anti-bullying week.
We understand that we must tell an adult if someone is being unkind to us or our friends!
Outdoor learning
We have been having fun during outdoor learning this term!
