Good morning P3s!!

It's Tuesday 9th February and time for some numberwork smiley

This morning we have some more of those number families for you, so make sure you watch the video and listen very carefully!

REMEMBER

Each set of 3 numbers together make a "number family" and together they can make 4 number facts! (2 addition facts and 2 subtraction facts)

REMEMBER when making an addition fact the biggest number always comes at the end and when making a subtraction fact the biggest number always comes first!!

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE FOR YOU!

9   3   12

.  9  +  3  =  12

.  3  +  9  =  12

.  12  -  9  =  3

.  12  -  3  =  9

You will find it easier if you try to make the 2 addition facts first and then the 2 subtraction facts!

REMEMBER you can only use the numbers shown in each box.

Which challenge will you choose today?

Remember the pages do not need to be printed off.

As long as you have pencil and paper you will be ready to go!

Good luck P3 Superstars!
