Meditations are simply a way of making us feel relaxed and calm.  

If you feel yourself getting angry, anxious or frustrated - This a great time to stop what you are doing and try out a guided meditation.


You don't always have to use a video to meditate. You can simply close your eyes and think carefully about a place you feel safe.


Ask yourself these questions:

  • Is your safe place real or imaginary?
  • Where is it?
  • Who is there with you?
  • What does it look like?
  • What can you feel?
  • What are you doing?
