Make your own 'Calm Kit'

 

Create your own little calm kit! All you need is an empty box and you can begin collecting items to put in it. When you are feeling sad, angry or worried, you can use your 'Calm Kit' to help you feel better.

 

It is totally up to you what you put in your kit! I have provided some ideas below to get you startedlaugh

What should I put in my kit?

 

You can put anything you like in your kit! Some examples are:

 

  • Your favourite toy
  • Glitter jar
  • A sensory toy such as Playdough, Blu Tac, textured ball
  • A fidget toy such as a fidget spinner
  • Mindful colouring pages
  • A journal/diary
  • Pictures of your friends/family
  • Bubbles
