Can you make the 'k' sound while watching?
Letter k can be a little tricky to write sometimes so remember to practice lots!
Sound search
Have a look around your house and see how many things you can find that begin with the 'k' sound. You might like to make a set of 'k' things to take a photo of to send to your teacher.
Reading
In school we often read big books together on the carpet. This weeks big book is called 'Shark in the Park'. In the video the author, Nick Sharratt is reading the story for you.
You might also like to log back into your Bug Club and have another go at reading one of your favourite books there. Don't forget about the activities too!

For todays number work we are going to think about money, 1p and 2p.
Can you find a 1p and a 2p in your house? What do you notice? How are they different? Are they the same in any ways?
Play Stand and sit
Children stand and then sit whilst saying the number words to ten. You could even try starting from different numbers!
