Your Wellbeing Challenge
Before you begin the activities, have a read through the 'Top Tips for Looking After Your Wellbeing'.
Activity One: 'Appreciating People'
In this activity, we want you to think about one particular person, a family member or a friend.
Write a nice letter to this person, telling them how much you appreciate all the things they do for you.
Write or type your piece on a separate page.
On another page, you should then describe how writing the letter has made YOU feel.
Activity Two: 'Wellbeing and Resilience'
In this activity, you are thinking about situations that make you feel positive about yourself.
Fill in the boxes with as much detail as you can.
Resilience is all about being able to cope with challenging situations and to 'bounce back'.
Below, there is a printable PDF version of the activities. If using this version, only complete the the activities mentioned above. Your task for tomorrow will involve the third and fourth activities, so you don't need to worry about these today.
