For 'Inside-Out' Day can you design your own kindness t-shirt?
Choose 4 emotions or feelings and write them under a t-shirt. Use shapes, patterns and colours to show how you think that feeling would look if you could draw it.
On the inside of our clothes we often have labels telling us how to 'care' for our clothes which really means how to wash them.
On your label can you write down ways we can care for others or ourselves when we aren't feeling so great?
Don't forget to send lots of pictures! :)
Gratitude Journal and Meditation
