Breathing is a great way to take some time to cool off when our emotions are getting too much.

Breathing exercises are also a great way to start the day. They slow down your heart rate and help you get into a calm, relaxed state of mind. 



Gratitude Journal and Meditation 


Take a few minutes to fill out your gratitude journal. Try to think of new reasons to be thankful instead of writing the same things each day :)
