I think that I might be willing to wager that most of you in P6 have never tried any Tai Chi! I sure don't think that I have ever conducted a Brooklands PE lesson based on Tai Chi - and I have never had a go at it anywhere else! It's something that I have only ever seen on the telly!
I definitely think that Tai Chi is a form of exercise that most people could have a go at! I also think that it could be a very relaxing form of exercise and good for our mental health.
Click on the link below and play the video. See how many moves you can master! You might have to play the video a few times until you get the hang of it! Send in your moves to your teacher - you could maybe set them to some sort of 'chill-out' music once you begin to become an expert!
