Spring Mindfulness

 

Well done for making it to the end of another week of home learning, P7.

 

For your last few activities of the week we are going to think about some mindfulness, this time linked to Spring.

 

You may remember we completed some mindfulness activities before half term, during Children's Mental Health Week.

 

Today you have some Spring mindfulness colouring to complete and there are lots of pictures to choose from...

 

You can also create some lovely spring bookmarks using the mindfulness templates...

 

Or you may wish to complete the Spring nest 'colour by number' activity...

 

There is also a 5 minute butterfly meditation video which will help you with your mindfulness.
