Inside Out Day
Today, as part of Children's Mental Health Week, we want you to wear your clothes inside out!
How someone looks on the outside doesn’t necessarily reflect how they are truly feeling on the inside, so it is important to always be kind and think of others.
Turn your clothes inside out to get important conversations started.
No one should be embarrassed about how they feel. It's OK not to be OK.
No one is perfect, even though they may look so from the outside.
Take a photograph of yourself on Inside Out day and please email it to your teacher!
How would you like to win an Instax Polaroid Camera? There are 2 up for grabs for the winners of our 'Feel Good Photography' Competition!
All you have to do is:
Take a photograph of a place that makes you feel good OR a photograph of you taking part in an activity that makes you feel good!
Send your photo to your class teacher by Monday 8th February with a short caption to describe it - it's that simple!
We can't wait to see all your amazing photos!
