  • Meet the stars (and wise men and angels and shepherds) of our senior nativity!

    Fri 29 Dec 2017

On the final day of term, it was time for our P4 - P7 classes to perform this year's senior nativity.  Our fantastic P7s took the lead roles in "Stargazers" and we were treated to an excellent performance from them all.  It was the job of the P4s, P5s and P6s to tell the story through the songs and everyone sang really well and with great enthusiasm.

  • Christmas Jumper Day 2017

Fri 15 Dec 2017 Mrs Graham

All of the children and staff at Brooklands have had great fun on our Christmas Jumper Day. The children have been designing their own jumpers and enjoying a fun Assembly. Every child in the school made a link for our Paper Chain Challenge. It is certainly the longest paper chain that we have ever seen! More importantly, all children and staff joined together to support Helping Hands Resource Centre. Thank you to everyone who donated from the Primary and Nursery Schools! Our total so far is at least £600! We hope you enjoy looking at some of the pictures of our fun day.

  • P1s, P2s and P3s star in their Christmas nativity

    Wed 13 Dec 2017

It's been a busy week so far in Brooklands as our P1-3 classes take to the stage for their annual nativity.  This year's production is called "The Magical Christmas Jigsaw" and each year group gets its chance to shine on stage as they tell the story of the birth of Jesus.

Go to the Gallery now to see some of the photographs from the dress rehearsal on Monday.

Well done to all our performers and congratulations to all the teachers who have worked so hard over the last few weeks to put this production together.  Thanks also to all the mums, dads, grandparents and friends who have come along to watch - we hope that you enjoyed the show!
