  • A Mellow Yellow Birthday Surprise!

    Sat 14 Oct 2023

What a beautiful Mellow Yellow Day it was on Thursday! 🌞

Our boys & girls set aside the books, pens & whiteboards in favour of the paints, pastels & playtime as they focused on their feelings & emotions in a positive and practical way! 💛

Staff and pupils enjoyed lots of art, music, drama, games & play on a beautiful autumn day. 💛

We also surprised Mr Armstrong on his 60th birthday with a morning of memories, messages ...and Marilyn Monroe?! (See the photos below!)

We welcomed back old faces and met some new ones as staff celebrated our principal's big day with coffee & cake whilst fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support- thanks to all of our families who donated so generously too. 💷

A very Happy 60th Mr Armstrong...we hope you recover from your many surprises: memorable messages from Manchester United legends Peter Schmeichel & Norman Whiteside AND our friends at Towell House...a head-to-head reunion with former pupil Olly on 'The Chase' & a never-to-be-forgotten musical routine and medical check-up (!) from dinner ladies Karen & Donna!

Be sure to lead by example at all times!!!

  • FANTASTIC FOOTBALLERS!

    Fri 06 Oct 2023 CLASSEY

    FOOTBALLERS ATTITUDE IS FANTASTIC!

Well done to the footballers for recording another two wins yesterday! They played brilliantly!!! What was most impressive for me was how well they all behaved and the sporting integrity that they showed! Keep that up! It's always easy to that when things are going well! The true test will be when things go against us a little bit!
